Susan recently joined the Maximus team as an employee benefits administrator. She brings a wealth of experience in employee benefits, having previously been with Alexander Forbes and Old Mutual.
Susan has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of Administration and Client Service. She was also Sanlam in their Individual Life Call Centre, as well as Nat West Bank in the UK. Her passion is to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Some years back, as newly- weds, Susan and her husband decided to travel the world. She says that whilst it was a great experience, she is “loving being back home where we belong.”
In her spare time Susan is a member of Greater Good South Africa . She also volunteered to work with Sanncob (Southern African Foundation For The Conservation of Coastal Birds) in Cape Town in order to clean penguins who had been affected by a massive oil spill.
