During the course of last year, we conducted a thorough investigation into the possibility of an association with an independent asset management group in order to manage specific investment portfolios for our clients. After looking carefully at various options we decided to enter into an association with internationally renowned investment management group, Morningstar. The latter has its headquarters in Chicago, US, and has now opened a fully staffed asset management office in Cape Town.
Apart from benefiting from Morningstar’s considerable research capability, we can now offer clients a variety of tailor-made portfolios to suit specific needs. We believe this adds considerably to the solutions we already provide.
